PagerDuty, an IT incidents management startup based in San Francisco, has raised $27.2 million in a Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from previous investors Andreessen Horowitz and Baseline Ventures and Harrison Metal. PagerDuty helps companies monitor their IT infrastructure, pulling all incident reporting tools into a single interface that sends an alert when an incident occurs. Founded in 2009, PagerDuty has raised nearly $40 million to date and will use the latest cash to expand the product and deliver more intelligence around incident reports.

GetYourGuide, a booking platform for tours and tourist activities, has raised $25 million in Series B funding from Highland Capital Partners and Spark Capital. GetYourGuide helps tourists find and book things to do and currently offers over 25,000 activities in 2,400 locations worldwide. Founded in 2009, GetYourGuide has raised $45 million to date and will use the new funding to continue international expansion and build out its mobile app.

ViralGains, a viral video marketing startup based in Boston, has raised $2.3 million of a $3.3 million seed round led by Hub Angels with participation from 45 investors including LaunchCapital and angels Dave McClure, Ty Danco, and Joe Caruso. ViralGains has created a viral marketing platform that seeds YouTube and video content based on social reactions to content. Founded in 2012, ViralGains is currently a team of 25 and will use the funds to hire more staff and bring on additional advertisers and publishers.
