NewVoiceMedia, a UK-based provider of cloud-based contact solutions, has raised $50 million in Series E funding from Technology Crossover Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Highland Capital Partners Europe, Eden Ventures, Notion Capital, and strategic investor Salesforce. NewVoiceMedia provides businesses of all sizes with a cloud-based call handling solution at an affordable price. Founded in 2000, NewVoiceMedia has raised $105 million to date and will use the latest cash to build out its business in America and Asia and invest in continued product research and development.

Duetto, a hotel management system, has raised $21 million in a Series B round led by Accel Partners with participation from previous investors Battery Ventures, Altimeter Capital, Leland Pillsbury and Marc Benioff. Duetto's SaaS helps hotel executives optimize demand, maximize rates, and minimize costs, using data analysis to surge or discount rates for rooms. Launched in 2012 in San Francisco, Duetto has raised over $33 million to date and will use the new funds to hire additional engineers and expand its sales team.

Xapo, a secure bitcoin vault based in Palo Alto, has raised $20 million in a Series B round led by Greylock Partners and Index Ventures with participation from Emergence Capital Partners, Max Levchin, Yuri Milner and Jerry Yang. Xapo offers bitcoin users a secure storage solution along with an easy-access wallet and BTC debit card. Founded in 2012, Xapo has raised $40 million to date and will be shipping its branded debit cards sometime this month.
