Trello, a group project management system, has raised $10.3 million in a Series A round led by Index Ventures and Spark Capital. Trello helps users to organize, manage, and track progress of projects with a visual board. Launched in 2011 at TechCrunch Disrupt, Trello will use the new funds to spin out of its parent company Fog Creek Software and continue building out new product features.

Intigua, an IT management company based in Massachusetts, has raised $10 million in a Series B round led by Intel Capital with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and Cedar Fund. Intigua helps enterprises manage their IT operations in private and public clouds, making it easier for IT departments to provision, configure and update management stacks. Founded in 2010, Intigua has raised $21 million to date and will use the latest cash to expand sales and marketing operations.

VenueBook, a ticketing and venue platform based in New York, has raised $2 million in seed funding from I2BF Global Ventures, Cayuga Ventures, MI Ventures, Kindler Capital, Victoria Grace and Joanne Wilson. VenueBook provides a cloud-based platform to help venues and event planners generate proposals, manage and book events. Founded in 2010, VenueBook will use the new cash to expand its sales and marketing teams, increase customer support and further mobile app development.
