IgnitionOne, a cloud-based marketing company based in New York, has raised $20 million in a Series B round led by new investor SoftBank Capital with participation from existing investors ABS Capital Partners and BrownSavano. IgnitionOne's cloud-based platform helps companies buy and manage digital media, understand user data, and optimize conversions. With over 17 offices across 10 countries, IgnitionOne will use the latest cash to accelerate innovation and expansion of sales and marketing worldwide.

Sprout Social, a social media management platform for enterprise, has raised $8 million in new funding from Lightbank and NEA. Sprout Social helps companies manage social media, providing engagement, publishing, and analytics tools for more than 10,000 customers. Founded in 2010 in Chicago, Sprout Social has raised $19 million to date and will use the latest funding to open a European headquarters and drive international expansion.

Templafy, a business template management startup out of Denmark, has raised $2.5 million in seed funding from SEED Capital and Sunstone. Templafy helps managers ensure visual and legal compliance in employee-produced business documents across all devices. Founded in December of 2013, Templafy will use the latest cash to fund global expansion.
