Zooz, an Israeli e-commerce payments startup, has raised $12 million in a Series B round led by Blumberg Capital with participation from Access Industries and Camp One Ventures along with previous investors XSeed Capital, lool ventures and Rhodium. Zooz is a checkout platform that offers a secure payment solution for retailers and e-commerce websites. Founded in 2010, Zooz has raised $15.5 million to date and will use the latest funding to continue improving its technology, expand operations and open additional offices.

Plastiq, another payments startup based in Boston, has raised $10 million in a Series B round led by Khosla Ventures with participation from pervious investors Atlas Venture and Flybridge Capital Partners. Plastiq's platform allows users to pay for nearly anything with a credit card, including taxes, tuition, and bills, without requiring merchant integration or involvement. Launching soon for consumers in the U.S., Plastiq has raised over $20 million and will use the latest funds to relocate headquarters to San Francisco and expand its team.

Boomerang Commerce, a retail price optimization startup, has raised $8.5 million in a Series A round led by Madrona Venture Group and Trinity Ventures. Boomerang helps large e-commerce retailers optimize and set prices based on a number of criteria including competitor pricing, profit and sales volume. Founded in 2012 and a finalist at this year's TechCrunch Disrupt New York, Boomerang plans to use the new cash to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams.
