Lookout, a mobile security company based in San Francisco, has raised $150 million in a Series F round led by T. Rowe Price with participation from new investors Morgan Stanley, Wellington Management, Goldman Sachs and Bezos Expeditions, as well as existing investors Mithril Capital Management, Khosla Ventures, Accel Partners, Index Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz. Lookout uses algorithms and back-end monitoring to protect mobile devices, and currently serves 50 million users worldwide. Founded in 2007, Lookout has raised over $280 million to date and will use the latest funding to increase its user base to 100 million and bring its technology into the enterprise market.

Electric Imp, an Internet connectivity startup, has raised $15 million in Series B funding from Foxconn along with PTI Ventures and Rampart Capital. Electric Imp has created a wireless module and cloud-based platform to provide connectivity for all electric devices. Founded in 2011 by Hugo Fiennes, an early team member at Nest who also contributed to the round, Electric Imp has raised $23 million to date and its chips are currently embedded in half a million devices worldwide.

AdStage, an advertising technology startup based in San Francisco, has raised $6.25 million in a Series A round led by Verizon Ventures and Digital Garage with participation from Newbury Ventures, Freestyle Capital, Chris Noble and Neal Dempsey. AdStage provides customers an easy way to manage ad campaigns that run across multiple platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Debuting at last year's Launch conference, AdStage has since signed up more than 10,000 businesses and will take the product out of beta in the next few months.
