BitGlass, a mobile cloud security company, has raised $25 million in Series B funding from existing investors NEA and Norwest Venture Partners along with new investor SingTel Innov8. BitGlass provides corporate IT with cloud app security, mobile security, and cloud access control services. Emerging from stealth in January of this year, BitGlass has raised $35 million to date and will use the latest funding to ramp up hiring and grow its sales and marketing teams.

Vectra Networks, a cybersecurity provider based in San Jose, has raised a $25 million Series C round led by Accel Partners with participation from previous backers Khosla Ventures, IA Ventures, and AME Cloud Ventures, along with new investors Intel Capital and Juniper Networks. Vectra provides automated cyberattack detection and reporting, making it easier and faster to detect attacks that get past existing security systems. Founded in 2011, Vectra has raised over $42 million and plans to use the latest cash to boost sales, marketing, and engineering.

Smaato, a mobile ad company based in San Francisco, has raised $25 million in a Series E round led by Asian media company Singapore Press Holdings with participation from previous investors Aeris Capital and EDBI. Smaato offers advertising tools for mobile publishers and developers to help brands reach their target audience. Founded in 2005, Smaato has raised $47 million to date and has a current publisher base of 78,000.
