Druva, a data protection startup based in Sunnyvale, has raised $25 million in a Series D round led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Nexus Venture Partners and Tenaya Capital. Druva provides endpoint data protection on all devices for governments and businesses and currently serves more than 3,000 customers. Launched in 2008, Druva has raised $67 to date and plans to use the latest financing to expand into Asia and Europe and grow its team to 300 by the end of the year.

Doctor on Demand, a virtual physician service headquartered in San Francisco, has closed a $21 million Series A round led by Venrock with participation from Shasta Ventures and angel investor Richard Branson. Doctor on Demand connects patients with licensed doctors for quick video consultations via mobile device or computer. Launched in late 2013, Doctor on Demand has a network of more than 1,400 general practitioners and specialists across 47 states and charges $40 per 15 minute consultation.

InVision, a prototyping tool for designers, has raised $21 million in a Series B round led by existing investors Tiger Global Management and FirstMark Capital. InVision lets designers build prototypes for apps and websites without back-end engineering. Founded in 2011 in New York, InVision has raised $34 million to date and will use the new cash to build out its sales team and enterprise business.
