DraftKings, a fantasy sports website with headquarters in Boston, has raised $41 million in a Series C round led by The Raine Group with participation from existing investors Redpoint Ventures, GGV Capital, and Atlas Venture. DraftKings lets users play fantasy sports games for cash prizes, not only during the season but also in daily competitions. Founded two years ago, DraftKings has raised nearly $75 million to date and will use the latest funding to prep for the NFL season and acquire more users.

Appcelerator, a mobile enterprise platform, has raised $22 million in Series D funding led by new investor Rembrandt Venture Partners with participation from Union Grove Venture Partners and existing investors Storm Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Translink Capital, Relay Ventures and EDB Investments. Appcelerator helps enterprises deliver native apps, mobilize data, and measure success with real-time analytics. Founded in 2006 in Mountain View, CA, Appcelerator has added more than 125 customers in the past year and will use the new funding to accelerate adoption and increase growth.

Dynamic Signal, a brand marketing startup based in San Bruno, CA, has raised a $12 million Series C round led by Rembrandt Venture Partners with participation from previous backers Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises. Dynamic Signal helps brands leverage the voice of employees and customers, encouraging employees to promote and share company news via social media. Founded in 2010, Dynamic Signal has raised $33 million to date and will use the latest cash to build out its technology and acquire PaperShare, a real-time demand generation platform.
