San Francisco-based cloud and enterprise integration platform MuleSoft has raised $50 million in a new funding round led by existing investors New Enterprise Associates and Lightspeed Venture Partners as well as new investor Meritech Capital Partners. Cisco, Salesforce, SAP Ventures, and others participated. MuleSoft provides enterprises with a cloud-based platform that simplifies integration of mobile and on-site data and applications. Founded in 2006, MuleSoft has raised $131 million to date and will put the new funds toward accelerating global growth.

San Francisco-based online events platform Eventbrite has raised $50 million in new funding from Tiger Global Management and T. Rowe Price to bring its current valuation to over $1 billion. Eventbrite's worldwide ticketing and event management platform saw over $1 billion in gross ticket sales last year alone. Founded in 2006, Eventbrite has raised a total of $190 million and will use the new funds to accelerate international expansion and product development.

Redwood City-based live content provider Banjo has raised $16 million in a Series B round led by Balderton Capital with participation from BlueRun Ventures and VegasTechFund. Banjo indexes the world's social posts by location to deliver real-time content to consumers and recently introduced a new feature, Rewind, to allow users to access specific content from the past. Founded in 2011, Banjo has raised over $20 million to date and will put the new capital toward product development and consumer growth.
