San Jose-based cyber-security software startup Cyphort has raised $15.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Trinity Ventures with participation from current investors Foundation Capital and Matrix Partners. Cyphort will use the capital to expand engineering and sales and marketing teams. Founded in 2011, Cyphort has raised $23.7 million in funding to date.

Israeli interactive media platform and marketplace TabTale has raised $12 million in Series B funding led by Magma Venture Partners with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and Vintage Investment Partners. Already successful in Israel, TabTale intends to use the funds to become one of the world's leading gaming companies. TabTale has released over 200 apps with 110 million downloads since founded in 2010.
