Sao Paulo-based Latin American fashion commerce site Dafiti has raised $70 million in funding from the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTTP), a Canadian investment fund known for its notable tech investments. Rocket Internet-backed Dafiti launched in Brazil in 2011 and has since raised $225 million in capital, expanding to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico within the last two years.

San Francisco-based online collaboration and communication platform FuzeBox has raised $26 million in series B funding led by Hermes Growth Partners with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Insight Venture Partners. This brings FuzeBox's total funding to $46 million. Founded in 2009 to facilitate real-time visual collaboration, FuzeBox will use the latest influx of capital to grow engineering and product teams and increase global sales.

San Francisco-based PubNub, provider of APIs that publishers and developers can use to implement messaging, video, and other social services on apps an websites, has raised $11 million in series B funding led by Scale Venture Partners with participation from Relay Ventures and TiE Angels. PubNub, launched in 2010, has raised a total of $15.5 million and plans to use the latest capital to add more services to its network and build out its sales and marketing operations.
