Chinese social shopping platform Mogujie has raised $200 million in Series D funding from Hopu Fund, TBP Capital, Qiming Venture Partners, IDG Capital Partners, and Banyan Fund. Started as a Pinterest-style social sharing site in 2011, Mogujie launched a platform for retailers to sell goods directly to consumers at the end of last year. Mogujie currently sees over 35 million monthly active users, and plans to use the latest funding to expand its team, enhance customer experience, and create an open-source community.

Chinese women's health app Dayima has raised $30 million in a Series C round from Sequoia Capital China, Ceyuan Ventures, and Bertelsmann Asia Investments. Dayima is a menstruation-tracking platform that also provides users with content on women's health, fitness, and beauty. Launched in early 2012, Dayima has 45 million registered users and 3.2 million daily active users, and has raised a total of $45 million in funding to date.

New York-based advertising technology company Yieldbot has raised an $18 million Series B round led by SJF Ventures with participation from existing investors Common Angels, New Atlantic Ventures, and RRE Ventures. Yieldbot lets advertisers buy display ads via search-style keywords, matching advertising to content and consumer relevance. Founded in 2010, Yieldbot has raised over $28 million in funding to date and will use the new cash to grow its staff and continue scaling the business.
