Los Altos-based data search and analytics platform ElasticSearch has raised $70 million in a Series C round led by NEA with participation by Benchmark and Index Ventures. ElasticSearch is an open source search and data discovery platform that lets companies search through large amounts of data, pull out results, and visualize them clearly. Founded in in 2012, ElasticSearch has raised over $100 million to date and will use the latest round to drive growth and build out operations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

New York-based local marketing company Yext has raised $50 million in a Series F round led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from Marker, Institutional Venture Partners, and Sutter Hill Ventures. Yext has developed geomarketing software that helps businesses synchronize their data across local search services and currently serves over 300,000 customers. Founded in 2009, Yext has raised over $115 million to date at a current valuation of $525 million and plans to put the latest investment into continued research and development and international expansion.

Madrid, Spain-based online shipping startup PackLink has raised a $9 million Series B round led by Accel Partners with participation from existing investor Active Venture Partners. PackLink compares shipping price, speed, and service level across a variety of worldwide shipping providers, letting users print labels and track packages as well. Founded in 2012, PackLink has raised $11 million to date and is launching soon in Italy, Mexico, and the UK.
