Mountain View-based Q&A site Quora has raised $80 million in a Series C funding led by Tiger Global with participation from existing investors Benchmark, Matrix, Northbridge, and Peter Thiel. Quora is a collection of questions and answers created, edited, and organized by its users. Founded in 2009, Quora has raised over $150 to date and will use the new cash to fund international expansion and product improvement.

San Francisco-based mobile app performance management solution Crittercism has raised $30 million in a Series C funding led by Scale Venture Partners with participation from InterWest Partners, VMware, and Accenture. Crittercism operates a platform for companies to monitor mobile app performance and provides a real-time global view of app diagnostics. Founded in 2011 as an AngelPad company, Crittercism will use the new funds to invest in enterprise initiatives and expand its presence in South America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

San Francisco-based digital diabetes prevention program Omada Health has raised $23 million in a Series B round led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Kaiser Permanente Ventures and previous investors U.S. Venture Partners and The Vertical Group. Omada Health creates digital health therapy programs that are covered by insurance providers, starting with its 16-week web-based treatment "Prevent" aimed at addressing prediabetes in adults. Founded in 2011, Omada will put the funds toward product development and doubling its headcount by the end of the year.
