New York-based online shaving supply startup Harry's has raised $122.5 million in seed funding from Tiger Global, Thrive Capital, Highland Capital, SV Angel, and others. Harry's, a Warby Parker-style provider of trendy shaving kits for young, tech-savvy consumers, will put $100 million of the capital toward purchasing razorblade company and factory Feintechnik to control production. The other $22.5 million will fund expansion of Harry's current product selection and efforts to increase consumer appeal. Harry's launched 10 months ago and has already sold over 100,000 razors.

San Francisco-based payment processing startup Stripe has raised $80 million in a Series C round led by Founders Fund with participation from new investor Khosla and existing investors Sequoia and Allen & Co. Stripe has created a simple, developer-friendly way to accept payments online and currently processes billion in payments per year. Founded in 2001, Stripe has raised $140 million to date and will use the latest funding to expand operations in international markets, announcing open beta for eight new countries today.

San Francisco-based HR management startup Zenefits has raised $15 million in Series A funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Maverick, and Venrock. Zenefits moves HR, benefits, and payroll management to the cloud, enabling small businesses to transfer administration online for free. Launched last year with a current total of $17.1 million raised, Zenefits will use the new funds to go after larger enterprise customers and begin expansion into international markets.
