Palo Alto-based startup incubator The Fabric has raised $10.5 million in funding from a number of investors including Sand Hill Angels and Hitachi to continue co-creating networking startups. The Fabric develops ideas for startups and then finds teams to carry them out, taking a founder's stake in each project. The Fabric was launched last year by experienced entrepreneurs Rajan Raghavan and Prabakar Sundarrajan.
