Vancouver-based, social media management platform HootSuite raised a $165 million series B round led by Insight Venture Partners, with participation from Accel Partners and OMERS Ventures. HootSuite reported more than 7 million users in over 175 countries, including 237 Fortune 500 companies. Founded in 2008, HootSuite has raised $187 million.

New York-based, social media aggregator RebelMouse raised a $10.25 million series A round led by Oak Investment Partners and SoftBank Capital, with participation from Michael Lazerow and Sterling Investment Partners. RebelMouse reported 7 million unique monthly visitors. Launched in 2012, RebelMouse has raised $12.8 million.
