Snap quietly files for massive IPO
Snap has confidentially filed paperwork for an initial public offering that could value the maker of the Snapchat messaging app at as much as $25 billion, according to multiple media reports. The planned IPO could come as early as March and constitute on the largest tech offerings in years.

Pink mustache, RIP. Lyft, the ride-hailing service known for festooning drivers’ cars with those bold displays of faux facial hair, is introducing a new branding system called Amp. The new displays, which will roll out at the end of the year, will link to Lyft’s smartphone app to change colors and show messages.
