Temecula, CA-based local video directory Sightly has raised $1.7 million in a seed funding led by Mack Capital with participation from Tomorrow Ventures and 500 Startups. Sightly helps businesses create localized online video ad campaigns, leveraging the power of video to change how people find and choose local businesses. Founded as Pixelfish in 2006 but recently changing its name and focus, Sightly will debut its new enterprise video ad platform next month and plans to put the latest funds toward expanding its client base.
